Hi everyone:

I just got the Kurzweil 12 update and a new scanner. First, the update didn't come with a serial number. In order to register I need one. Do I use the one from version 11? Next, I'll be doing medicaid re-determination at work. I'm not if there's an online application to fill out. But there is a hard copy. Does anyone have experience scanning printed forms with Kurzweil 100 V12 and filling them out onscreen? It seems like Version 11 wasn't the best at letting you actually fill them out onscreen. I'm hoping version 12 is better. Any comments?

if you purchased the upgrade, it should be associated with your cerial number/log in info from V. 11. I haven't tried to use the forms feature yet, so can't comment on that.
